Inclusive Solar Futures: Online roundtable on women in solar

The PERSEUS project, together with SolarHub and EERA – The European Energy Research Alliance, invites researchers, engineers, policymakers, industry representatives, and all those interested in a fairer energy transition to join Inclusive Solar Futures, an online roundtable taking place on 26 June at 9:30 CET.

The event will open an honest discussion on the under-representation of women in technical roles, leadership positions, and decision-making spaces shaping the future of solar energy. Across six parallel breakout rooms, participants will explore key topics ranging from entering the field and workplace culture to leadership, policy, future visions, and the realities of technical and site-driven work.

Inclusive Solar Futures welcomes participants of all genders and aims to support open exchange, shared learning, and practical reflection on how the solar sector can become more inclusive.
