Why EU PVSEC Matters
The European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) is the world’s longest-running and most influential event dedicated to solar energy. With more than 40 years of tradition and 1,200 scientific presentations, it continues to shape the global PV landscape by connecting research, technology, and industry. Each year, the conference attracts over 1,500 participants from more than 60 countries, creating a unique forum where science meets application.
In 2025, Bilbao, Spain will host the 42nd edition of EU PVSEC from 22–26 September. The PERSEUS project will be part of this international dialogue, presenting progress on printed perovskite solar cells (PSCs) — a next-generation technology that is lightweight, cost-effective, and already surpassing 27% efficiency in the lab.
At EU PVSEC, PERSEUS will highlight how these PSCs are being scaled into durable, market-ready solar modules, with designs tailored for applications such as floating photovoltaics, agrivoltaics, and building-integrated solar. By providing practical manufacturing roadmaps, the project aims to help bridge the gap between laboratory breakthroughs and industrial deployment.
Join us in Bilbao this September and discover how PERSEUS is helping to translate perovskite photovoltaics from lab success to real-world impact.
